The Matrix — four pillars by five scales, twenty cells.
Each cell carries a documented PITO weight and a documented DIDO weight summing to 1. Click any cell for its primary measurement, per-pilot data sources, and mock-vs-live label. The Generation 1+2 territory — the single cell Utopies (2018) and Boeing (2024) measured — is outlined in iron.
On the Generation 1+2 cell. The Economic × City / Region cell is what Florentin, Chabanel & Guimas measured for ~600 French urban areas (Paris 37.58) and what Boeing measured for Hamburg (37.00). The convergence between two independent statistical systems six years apart, on this same cell, is the public-data ceiling — a property of global supply-chain geometry, not of either city. The remaining 19 cells of the matrix are the surface area FCI 3.0 adds to that result.
On the v0 weight table. The PITO/DIDO weights shown in each cell are documented in Methodology §3. Three cells in particular — Economic × Bioregion (0.8 / 0.2), Environmental × Community (0.5 / 0.5), Economic × Community (0.3 / 0.7) — deserve sharpened argument before the weights harden. All three are in methodological review toward v1.
