This is the whole matrix: the twenty parts of city life the Index reads, one to a cell. Each cell shows how many indicators sit inside it, how many are real versus sample, when it was last updated, and the one action that would move it forward. Counts and states are sample records for now, until live ingestion opens. Hover a cell to read the action; click to open its indicators. Reading the cells. The number is indicator count for this cell. The split below it is live / partial / mock: live means a wired, refreshing source; partial means some of the indicators are real; mock means sample values.The P · D pair in each cell head is its weighting: PITO (products in, trash out) weighs the extractive side, DIDO (data in, data out) the capacity side. The hairline at the bottom is a coverage bar. Cells coloured cream-on-cream are live; teal-tinted are partial; amber-hatched are mock; paper-grey are structural placeholders (cells where methodology v0 has not yet wired an indicator — see methodology §7, open gaps).
