Where is data missing, and what could fill it?
Four pillars across the two scales the harvest tracks per territory. Each cell shows whether anybody has looked, how many registered sources could fill it, and how many of those a node can actually read. Every figure is counted from the Coverage Tracker and the source registry when this page loads. Click a cell for what it requires and what it must not claim. Hover a cell to read the action; click to open its indicators. One cell is outlined in iron. It is the single part that Utopies (2018) and Boeing (2024) measured, all the earlier Index could see.
Reading the cells. The number is indicator count for this cell. The split below it is live / partial / mock: live means a wired, refreshing source; partial means some of the indicators are real; mock means sample values. The P · D pair in each cell head is its weighting: PITO (products in, trash out) weighs the extractive side, DIDO (data in, data out) the capacity side. The hairline at the bottom is a coverage bar. Cells coloured cream-on-cream are live. A dashed border means at least one registered source exists. A faint fill means somebody looked and published nothing. A dotted border means nobody has looked yet. That is not a zero (methodology §7, open gaps).
