Twenty cells. Five sources of data. One operator desk.
This is the operator desk where partner labs and city data leads put data into the index — shown here as a demonstration with sample records; operator accounts arrive with live ingestion. What is collected, what is missing, where to work next. The bench feeds the federation aggregator (the shared service that combines every city node's committed data) via —; everything downstream — the public prototype, the phase plot, the cross-pilot comparison — is derived from the state you commit here.
Items are surfaced by source freshness, confidence band, and methodology flag. The queue rebuilds on every federation push (every 60 min) and on every commit you make.
The point is the current FCI state of this city; ρ is the response coefficient — how fast observation becomes action. The dashed disc is the target state the operator commits to during onboarding. Peer points carry the mock pill — sample data — until the federation aggregator pulls them.
Coverage by pillar
Each bar is the 5-scale row: live (teal — wired source) · partial (ink — some real data) · mock (amber — sample values) · placeholder (paper — no source yet).
